About
Meet Zoë Grayston
Hi, I'm the founder of The Grayston Clinic.
I provide specialist coaching and support for those experiencing divorce, separation, and heartbreak. I work with clients who are struggling with the impact of infidelity; and help them to make changes towards a lasting healthy and happier life.
I also provide relationship coaching in the form of facilitation; helping couples to communicate effectively so that they can move past hurdles that are causing them difficulty.
I am passionate about empowering my clients to build healthy and fulfilling lives - so that they can embrace their next exciting chapter.
Let's work together to create the life you deserve.
Coaching
What are the benefits of Coaching?
Coaching is a practical, solution focused process that is designed to help you overcome a challenge in your life.
When faced with a relationship dilemma, or in the aftermath of a painful break up, this is exactly when you need support, guidance and a helping hand.
It's a form of talking therapy, combining empathetic listening with bespoke exercises, tools and tips designed to change habits, re-align perceptions and develop a new mindset to help craft a happier future.

Whilst most forms of counselling help you to make sense of the present by re-examining the past, coaching helps you to navigate the present and put in place an action plan for the future you want.
Sometimes relationships need a little bit of extra support.

If you and your partner have an issue you can't resolve, or a conversation you need to have but you're worried about the impact it will have then you may need a Facilitated Conversation.

It's a straightforward, single session. It's not couple's therapy, and it's not mediation - it's just someone to help you both get together and have a much needed conversation, to achieve a solution.

Divorce and relationship breakdowns have a significant impact in the workplace too - affecting not just the individual involved, but colleagues, managers, and overall productivity, performance and ultimately profit.
