The Couple's Compass

This enriching two hour session is designed for couples who want to strengthen their bonds whilst embracing change. Whether you are becoming parents, relocating, changing careers or navigating a shift in health or routine, The Couple’s Compass offers dedicated time to reflect and realign.

Drawing on my skills and experience as a relationship coach, I guide you through a structured and supportive conversation, helping you to champion your partner, assess uncertainties, and re-invest in your future together.

What Is It?

Take time to check in, realign and move forward together.

Whether you’re navigating a new phase of life - such as parenthood, a house move, a career change or health shift - or simply want to strengthen your connection, The Couple’s Compass offers space to reflect and refocus.

In the same way we see a personal trainer to stay fit or an accountant to keep our finances in order, it makes sense to invest in the wellbeing of our relationship.

This two-hour session acts as a health check for your partnership, supporting you to grow, adapt and feel more aligned as you tackle life's challenges together.

Who Is It For?

The Couple’s Compass is designed for couples who are committed to their relationship and want to navigate change or transition with intention and care.

It may be particularly helpful if you are:

  • Adjusting to a significant life event, such as becoming parents, relocating, or changes in work or health

  • Noticing a sense of distance or difficulty in communication and would like to reconnect

  • Interested in proactively strengthening your relationship and maintaining a shared sense of direction

This session is not just for times of difficulty, but also for couples who want to stay connected, intentional and emotionally well. Taking time to reflect together can strengthen your bond, increase mutual understanding, and support a more fulfilling relationship in the long term.

How Does It Work?

The Couple’s Compass is a two-hour guided session conducted either in-person at The Grayston Clinic in Marlow or online, according to your preference.

Upon booking, you’ll receive a brief questionnaire to help clarify your current situation and any areas you wish to explore.

During the session, I will facilitate a structured yet flexible conversation, using targeted questions and reflective exercises to guide you through:

  • Opening reflections: A warm welcome and overview, setting intentions for the session.

  • Joint dialogue: Exploration of what’s working well in your relationship and celebrating strengths and areas of connection.

  • Individual check-ins: Short one-to-one segments where each partner can speak privately about personal concerns or hopes.

  • Shared mapping: Collaborative discussion to identify any sticking points or sources of tension, especially related to recent or upcoming changes such as parenthood, relocation, career shifts or health matters

  • Action planning: Together, you’ll establish one or two practical steps or rituals for maintaining connection and alignment after the session.

You’ll leave with a clear summary of insights, personalised strategies for communication and mutual support, and a concise relationship map to revisit whenever you wish to stay on track.

What Are The Benefits?
