A valuable first introductory session
Service Description
This 90 min session allows you to confidentially tell your story, highlight your immediate needs, and get some quick initial support. During our session, I'll invite you to talk through the key issues that you are facing, and ask you to highlight which areas I might be able to assist you on. Together, we can decide on what your priorities for support are, and even in the first session, I'll be able to help lighten some of the weight on your shoulders, and give you some tools to move forward with. You may find that you only need one session to help reduce some of the pressure and overwhelm you are experiencing, or you may use it to decide to move forward and book future sessions where we can really start to work on what is challenging you.
Cancellation Policy
The Grayston Clinic understands that circumstances may arise that require adjustments to your scheduled coaching session. Please take note of the following Cancellation Policy: Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment without charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any additional charges or penalties. No Refunds: Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund. Emergency Situations: We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. In such cases, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, offer alternative arrangements. Repeated Rescheduling: Please note that repeated rescheduling may impact your ability to secure future bookings. We encourage consistency in attendance to support the best coaching outcomes.
