As a private practice, we are not legally obligated to report immediate safeguarding concerns; it is at our discretion.
In the first instance, we will always prioritise client confidentiality. We work with the client to gain their consent and/or co-operation to report to the Police, Social Services, Local Government Services, the NHS or other service providers [as deemed appropriate].
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored electronically on password encrypted servers to which no one other than Zoe Grayston has access.
We keep your name, contact details and contractual agreement for five years.
We then delete your information.
