Follow on 1 hour session for existing clients
Service Description
For clients who have already had their initial first session, this is a 1 hour follow on session that you can book to fit in with your schedule. In these sessions we will continue to unpack elements of your personal situation, combining empathetic listening with coaching and practical tools. This length of this session is ideal for busy individuals who need to fit in their emotional wellbeing around other demands of work and home life, or who need a quick fix of support. If you feel that you may need more than one session, you may prefer to block book three or five sessions.
Cancellation Policy
The Grayston Clinic understands that circumstances may arise that require adjustments to your scheduled coaching session. Please take note of the following Cancellation Policy: Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment without charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any additional charges or penalties. No Refunds: Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund. Emergency Situations: We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. In such cases, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, offer alternative arrangements. Repeated Rescheduling: Please note that repeated rescheduling may impact your ability to secure future bookings. We encourage consistency in attendance to support the best coaching outcomes.
